Notice of election of Assistant Secretary

At the November Concilium meeting notice was given of the election of a Concilium Assistant Secretary with responsibility for the Bulletin, attending the PPC Committee meeting once a month, attending the Board meetings of the Maria Legionis and keeping the overseas Cardinals/Bishops list up to date with the distributors.
